How intense, exactly are the 'Evil' files?

I probably wouldn't want to be committed to the evil series and have to ask EMG for orgasms all the time... so I guess I'd eventually listen to the 'deprogram all' file. Also- does the series make you put pictures of yourself on the website? If it does, do you have to show your face in the pictures?
