Ok so I have a question. Should I desire would it be detrimental to me or my ability to accept suggestions or accept them in a timely fashion if I were to listen to more than one file on a playlist? Should I be focusing on only one?

As long as the files do not contradict each other you can do it.

However don't make the playlist too long. There's a limit to how long you can stay in deep trance, you see. Try not to do more than 1½ hours at a time - and if possible insert some deepeners between the different files.
