I'm just wondering, i know i've seen other people saying any kind of drug and hypnosis is a bad idea, but i have a stubborn mind and have a hard time going into hypnosis. Would alcohol or any other supplement help?

From experience, it helps up to a point. Basically, lowering inhibitions helps with resistance to hypnosis, while getting drunk makes you less able to trance well. So, it's a tradeoff. One or two drinks tends to be a good spot for hypnosis, though try to wean yourself off of it once you start doing better with hypnosis(as once you're capable of accepting suggestions readily, booze isn't doing anything for you anymore).

When people say, that hypnosis and drugs is a bad idea, they have a reason for saying that. Drugs can change your mind but also your body constitution. This could influence the desired effects of hypnosis, either increase or constrain the effect or can even cause unwanted things. And while most hypnosis is created with more or less care for best effect, drugs can cross that.
So, briefly it's up to you if you do it (I did it too occassionaly), and see what happens. But the outcome is completely your own responsibility (like taking any kind of drugs is always your choice and under your responsibility).
