Question about subliminal.
Can you just listen to them, with headphones and you can go on with your daily thing?

FWIW, I always thought that part of the idea behind the subliminal files is that you can loop them while you go about your normal routine.

Opinion is divided. Most believe they can be used whilst doing other things, some think they're more effective in a trance-like state. Both are probably true.

Not quite sure why this is, but this topic is being discussed in two places at the same time.
