I'm working on a relaxation/sleep file and/or loop to put in hypno files. I need a bit of help deciding which of these is more effective. Both of these are protected under a Creative Commons CC BY-NC-SA license.

The link to the two files is here

There's barely a difference between the two. I'd say use take one because it's more monotonous. It really bores the mind and makes it fall asleep more.

Using binaural beats can be good, but it's hard to pair it with other noises without ruining the effect. Plus, the binaurals are so quiet you can barely tell they're there, which sort of ruins the point.

Maybe you could try to make the first take a bit more cluttered? The more things going on the more distracted the mind is from the hypnotist's voice, therefore letting the suggestions seep in better.
