Free audio work on your files.

Postby tech53 » July 16th, 2011, 10:33 pm

Ok, so I'm trying this again. I'm bored, waiting on disability hearings in august, and have been studying a bit of audio engineering stuff in my spare time to prepare myself to go to school for it. I love this site and want to give back. Last time I did this I was in need of cash, and tried to charge, this time if I make a bunch of money it could mess up my shot at disability (I know right? You want to work and they punish you for it.) so I'm doing this for free. I'm glad to consult with you on microphone setup, equipment, or preferrably I would like to just work on peoples files. I've a few binaurals w/music I've made and am glad to make something like that custom too. Glad to clean up files, or mix something that's already recorded. I recently had a bunch of seizures that kind of gave me a bit of memory loss (not the fun kind either) so I'm trying to get what I lost back and relearn what I can't. Right now what I'm desperately hurting for is just stuff to work on for practice. I'm good, slutinmyhead will attest to that, I just need some stuff to work on. I'm looking forward to an inbox exploding with mail. Thanks peeps.

I'm not confortable with recording file and working on it, but I like to record them :)

The only problem is I work in french.

I don't necessarily need to understand the words to work on it. It's about how it SOUNDS not what it SAYS. That being said, without an english transcript I wouldn't be able to come up with background ambience that fits the file.
