How do i know when i am in a trance, and my level of deepness?

It's though to say how to know when you are in trance. I've had subjects with an arm raised up unable to move it down and they still said the were not in hypnosis or trance.

In general you feel good and have no real desire to stop the way things are going and just want to enjoy it.

The deepness can be measured by the amount of focus you have on the hypnotist. The deeper the more thing around you become less important and may move outside your immediate awareness.

Remembering everything is very well possible even with a deep trance.

So try a file with a simple effect and see what happens. Don't try to fight the suggestions, but just accept the words of the hypnotist as your reality for the time of the session.

That'd be great; unfortunately there's not a lot of those. Most files tend to be rather... extreme; there's not a whole lot of simple suggestions.

But then you have not tried mine yet :-)

Try 'trigger 01' and 'trigger 01 - testing' or 'basic induction 3' or 'trigger 02' or 'Ultimate Induction' or 'Alternate Induction'.
