New on here and trying to make files effective

I haven't listened to any files as yet. I was wondering if anyone would be do kind as to give me a list of files I should listen to in preparation, before listening to files other than inductions etc.. and for how long i should liste nto them and how often. Any help will be greatly appreciated, thank you.

You'd have to say what you want the files to do for you, kinda hard to make recommendations until we have some Idea of what you'd like to do.
