Hi,

Could anyone tell me what's being said in this file please? I like the sound of it but I'm worried about it having an effect that my Master would not be happy with.

Is there any way of isolating the speech perhaps using Audacity?

You can decode ultrasonic/sideband subliminals with Audacity using the Nyquist function, as long as you can guess what the base frequency used for encoding it was (instructions are in a post on the Audacity forums).
