Good beginner files

Can someone pls tell me what good beginner files are? i tried a few files but none worked pls help me

trancing can be difficult at first but you will get it.
i recommend you check out chewtoy's files. he breaks down some basics of trancing in easy to absorb little segments. you need to start with "deeper spiral induction" and then work out from there. he establishes a trigger to take you into trance in that one that is used in all his later files.
