Here's my recent contribution to the voting page...

When triggered, the male listener's penis will become a dildo. This means he will get a very hard erection, but lose all genital sensation and be unable to orgasm or gain any physical satisfaction from the use of his penis. He will simply feel as if his penis and testicles do not exist, and have been replaced by some other object. After reverting to normal he will lose his erection and be flaccid for the next 10 minutes.

Exactly! The idea being that the subject is put in a position where he gets to do what he "likes" without getting any satisfaction... and his partner is the one who benefits from it as long as s/he wants. A neat twist on submission.
