orgasm dam?

here's the general idea.

an orgasm denial file that will have suggestions that tell the listener telling that the pleasure and energy from the denied orgasms is building up and that when the trigger is released it will cause multiple simultanious orgasims, or just an orgasm as intense as all the ones witheld combined.

is there one quite like this? seems some focus more on the denial and add a single orgasm, though an intensse one at release.

I think that's pretty much inherent in orgasm denial, is the fact that when you are eventually allowed to have one, it'll be more intense. I don't think it's really necessary to make a new voting entry for it, but the "dam" imagery might be useful in the mp3, if & when someone makes it.
