ive wondered since ive discovered the voting page , how many votes will it take until EMG decides to make the file?
is it when it hits a certain limit , say , 1000 people , or
when the votes simply becoming overwhelming?

It's a combination of being the top of the list, and striking my fancy. I try to do 1 file a week.
