I have an idea for a new file, but I'm unsure about one thing. When I go to the voting page and click 'add file,' do I simply give my idea for the file or should I write an entire script for the file? Thanks in advance for anyone who responds to this.

Just the idea. Presumably, EMG would work out the mechanics of the script.
