suggestions/requests?

Not sure where I'm supposed to post this. But I was thinking, noting that there's several MP3s here intended to help people work out, etc., that it would be neat to have an MP3 designed to be listened to *while* working out, timed for, say, a 5-minute warmup, 10-minute cooldown, and 30-minute aerobic workout.

You know, "as you feel your limbs pumping, notice that you can almost see the cells of your muscles enlarging while your body appears to be burning fat more and more efficiently" kind of thing.
