Personally, I prefer the idea of things that actually have a more... if not physical effect then at least believable and lasting...

Can't imagine the dragon thing being active when you go out to work the next day, you'd be standing outside the building looking like a right lemon, thinking you couldn't fit through the door.

well it would be nice one, though the dragon dream one might be better one
