What's a songly transfer?

The "Regressive child's play twist" idea sounds interesting and I've voted for it, but I don't know what a "songly transfer" is. I'm guessing it's a typo, and really I'm not making fun of whoever typed it, but I honestly don't know what words it's supposed to be. My curiosity made me ask in the forums! :)

Ooops that was one of my suggestions should read spangly transfers, which are like tattoo transfers but for girls with sparkly sprinkles on them usely in shapes like butterflies or flowers
