Is hypnosis Reality or fantasy?

Lets face it if we fall Asleep and wake up in a Fantasy World, How do we even know if we Really woke back up?, How do we Really Know if or New reality not part of a time compressed Fantasy? and we will wake back up after the fantasy is over only to find out we were in trance for a few hour only, and it is the same night you went into trance before you thought years had passed by.
Do that make Since? :roll:

If the illusion is indistinguishable from reality, then it is reality.

God I hope this is reality.....

Another way to look at it, what if you're not really here, but in some form of an unusual coma that started several years ago after a traumatic incident you can't remember, and you've been in a waking dream ever since with your mind compensating for the lack of physical and visual stimulation by increasing the detail of this dream so much that this, right now, feels like reality.

Maybe.

My favorite isn't the false awakening in a dream, but the continuum dream. Where you fall asleep sitting on the couch or something, and go straight into a dream that starts with you sitting on the couch, completely unaware that you're now dreaming.

Personally, I wouldn't be too surprised if this was all an elaborate dream, because sometimes I get the sinking suspicious the universe is conspiring to help me be the best I can be.
