Generally, no, the furry transformation doesn't cause any real physical changes. You will simply see yourself as whatever you're trying to be, as well as see everyone else. It's no different than imagining that there's, say, a ball rolling next to you.

Yup. As the file says, if you go to sleep morphed, you'll wake up morphed. It doesn't wear off just by sleeping. It can wear off over a period of time if you don't listen to it, of course. If you're worried, though, Train Sleep Reinforce can be useful.

To steer us back to the subject, lemme ask if anyone can find an online copy of the Davis-Husband scale of hypnotic depth. The scale lists the hypnotic phenomena most associated with various depths of trance. (It's not a rule, but it's a good guide.) For example, you generally need greater depth of trance to have negative hallucinations than to have positive ones, i.e., it's easier to make stuff appear than to make stuff disappear.

It might be helpful if, when making a "shopping list" of the things you want out of a furry file, everybody had a sense of the degree of difficulty involved. I've looked for this scale (and asked about it in the past), but I can't find an online version, and my Ormond McGill book that contains it is still on the other side of town.

That's exactly as I remember it. Gold star to Axiom. (Not just an online source, but the journal cite as well.)

With this scale in mind, it might be easier for people who've been having no success at all to begin to see why. If you can't get what you're trying for, try for something easier first. I think this is especially relevant in this forum, neh?

Oh, and Bandler probably never claimed to have been the first to have said that sentence, but I'm sure he never corrected anyone who attributed it to him, either.
