i would love to try this script but i have trouble going into a trance is there a way i can make it easier?

whats the script? and i might suggest visual hypnotist, i don't remember where to download it. but if you can't find it you can always request one of the people who make files to make it into an MP3.

Try grabbing something like bwgen, or another binural beat generator. If you balance the volume right you should be able to overlay them, or join a wav export in audacity.

I also find listening some general ambient music, and imagining a beach, flying, etc for 15-20 mins before can get you in a better state of mind. I also had some luck with light and sound machines (but they can be pricey unless you build your own).

i am trying the personal assistant script are there any programs that are like virtual hypnotist that dont require flash?
