I know about hypnotism and some of how it works, but im kinda loosing hope. Is it becasue im kinda smart, and kinda a low immagination? any helps?

It takes time.
For about 95% of the people on the site, it takes weeks or months to get a file working though sometimes a file may never work on people.

Or maybe just for as long as it takes? It's taken me much longer than just a month, and I still have no results with any file.

For a some time you may only experience stuff while your under trance while having no success outside of it.

The heavy heartbeat is due to your body not being used to hypnotic trance, but trance is a natural condition, so don't worry. The spasms are because your nerves aren't used to the idea of faking a feeling (aka growing fur).
With repetition you'll get used to it. It might be easier practicing on a less extreme file to get used to trance, aka calming the heavy heartbeat. Curse CCP comes to mind.

There's not that much to add to your thread.
You don't think the file is working for you, so it isn't working for you.
I recommend trying a different file for a month.

I have recently started listening to it again, and this time i concentrated heavily on my breathing and i got to a point where i felt like i was going to pass out, from lack of oxygen obviously, is this alright/normal?
