If i remember correctly, I believe someone on Furmorphed had a personalized foxtaur file and it worked for him, so I do think it is possible, although his was triggerable, not sure if you wanted triggered or permanent. With a file like this it would cause complications if it were to be permanent. But I think it is somewhat possible though it would take time to get it to work.
