I've done years of work via my own files I have triggers and have enacted a fair bit of physical behaviour on command.

So I have implanted triggers. Or one in particular.

I'd like to get a file that, conditionally, would sentence me firmly to complete submission and obedience to my own triggers.

The condition is it would only work on someone, me, who actually voluntary created their own punishment hypnosis sentence and used it, sincerely.repeatedly.

In other words, it couldn't be used in any other context.

I just want to end up serving the sentence I trained myself into for over a decade.

So it would be a hypnosis session designed to amplify and make real as feasible my own imposed triggers so that I couldn't back out of it

Adding extremes of pain or other awful effects are a bonus if I try to escape.

This doesn't involve others as such. Just me obeying my self imposed sentence fully for a few years.

Imagine it like this:

I got off on various hypnosis fantasies.

I enacted some of them and occasionally had short bouts of nearly impossible to ignore need to obey.
I loved that feeling.

But I couldn't act it, as I couldn't pretend to have it. It was either there or it was not.

It certainly came from the files I used.

I rebelled at some point and I haven't fully had that sensation quite since.

I really want it back so that I can be fully triggered and controlled with it again.

Whether I'm solo or having managed to get someone to trigger me.

The behaviours were always about punishment treatments I imposed on myself.

Never in public. Solo, private things.
