Drone style ultra obedience to preset punishment

I've got all the brainwashing I could need for a particular punishment I am to obey without question.

It does not involve anyone else, just a sequence of actions I have to obey.

Is there anything here or elsewhere that has a high likelihood of inducing obedience, amplifying it, leaving me methodically and drone like obeying such a thing? No safeties...but not at the mercy of the file maker either, just unable to disobey what is already setup.
