Looking for Hypno to ease entering into subspace

I'm a debutant sub and I'm having a bit of difficulty to "switch off" my brain and to enter subspace. I can't help myself to overthink everything, think about work, friends, everyday life while being a sub... And it makes it difficult to stay into this mindset...
Do you know any files on WMM that could help me to switch off my brain and help me stay in subspace
