Balbolka help me!!!

Just downloaded Balbolka, and the Microsoft voices to my new computer, and the TTS, doesn't find the voices any ideas?

look up the official balbolka site they usually have tutorials or look up videos videos on youtube... I use the portable app version of balbolka but i use the voices that came with it... I do not know how to add new ones.
