What parts of a file to remove?

I have several files that I would like to listen in either the background when I am on the computer as a kind of subliminal messaging or when I am asleep, my question is would I remove the induction and awakener so it can be looped or is there some other way to do this? Any information would be appreciated.

I'd suggest Audacity-- it's a sound editor that's free, open source, and not that hard to use.

Chop off the induction and awakener, then if you want it to be subliminal add a second track of some other sound-- find a looping MP3 of rain falling, or white noise, or an ambient song you can listen to in a loop without it getting old. Layer the two so you can hear the track, but not make out the words.

Wow, thanks, I wasn't expecting nearly all of that... That was all I could ask for and more! Thanks a lot! I will try it as soon as I download audacity, thanks again!
