Any thoughts on a trigger that that will cause the listener to experience pleasure from the hands (or whatever they prefer) of a ghost whenever they do something that they have set as a goal, for example, if I were to want to study, but tend to procrastinate, I can write down "studying" as one of the things I want to be rewarded for doing, so after an hour of studying I will get rewarded by the touch of the ghost. But one thing I wonder if we can avoid is ending up conditioning studies with sexual pleasure (don't want to get all a aroused whenever I study XD)

I believe there is a file like this in existence already. It would be fairly simple to re-script some of the suggestions to better suit your needs.
