loops and script body

is this just repeating the same suggestions over and over?
would direct or indirect suggestions work better?
would a "mini induction" and then periodic deepeners work better?
i'm also wondering about how to add more bulk to the body/ suggestion part of my scripts. i just sort of make suggestions and then go to the awakener, but i feel that i could be spending more time on the sugestions. the issue is, if i start repeating suggestions, it sounds and feels clunky and disjointed, it interrupts the flow.
