I am new to creating hypnosis files. New to Audacity. I was working with Audacity yesterday on a hypnosis file and I feel like it effected my hearing. Not sure what I did that caused the problem. I thought I was being safe. Nothing seemed too loud. I created several tracks with higher or lower volume and mixed them to form one file. Some were balanced while some would focus more to the left or right. I used the basic controls to the left of each track to adjust the settings. So what I am wondering is, other than having one of those tracks set too high, could something else in the process have effected my hearing. I am feeling a bit like my sense of balance has been effected so I am guessing it was one geared more toward the left or right.
