Dancing Girl Hypnosis

There are a few hypnotists on YouTube where their technique appears to be showing a dancing girl, giving instructions on the screen, with a translucent spiral and a humming background noise. I can't really see the point, but they seem to have followings. I didn't use headphones, but I'm wondering if there are some sort of subliminals or something in the soundtrack. Anybody know?
Here's an example:

It's about as effective as you expect it to be.
No voice/audio so it's relying on the messages on screen.
Same girl dancing; I suppose it's clean so it can stay on youtube.
Binaurial track because it's powerful and means its "REAL EFFECTIVE TRANCE"
I'm not going to say that won't or can't "work" for some people. But it's because they're doing the mental thing to let it work and make it work for them.
Personally I put it in a generic category; it's everything a PMV (porn music video) or "TikTok" style video uploaded to somewhere like hypnotube is: fairly simple; low effect; tick some boxes of what people expect so it's "hypnosis". There are dozens of others like this; so it must be hypnosis.
If you want to have a mental prison and belong to Goddess Yoon I guess there is a higher chance of it effecting you.

Thanks; like I said, I didn't really see the point. With several Youtubers doing this, I figured there might be something to it; on the other hand, one of the best ways to make sure that a text hypnosis does NOT work for me is to insert misspellings.
