Making a file

Is it possible at all to have someone on here that is good with hypnosis files tomake one to my specs? It would have to be from somebody who has had alot of success not just a little.

Lol i was afraid that would be the case. I would love to learn how but i dont know where to begin

1. Get a piece of paper and a pencil
2. Write a script for the body of your file
3. Record your script.
4. edit an induction and awakener to the beginning and end (respectively) to your file.
5. Listen
