File would like to be made

Looking for someone who can help me out and make this file it is just 4 frequencies together into one file, the frequencies are 4,000-6,000Hz , 12,000-15,000Hz , 7-10Hz, 18-22Hz and this is a request for a free file to be made as I don’t have any funds to commission it but if anyone can help me out and make it when free I would greatly appreciated it thanks
