accelerated healing ...things like ultra depth

hello to all:
I have for some time been interested in accelerating the healing process... as a weightlifter/ bodybuilder.. you can only move up the ladder if you are resting completely..

ultra depth as you may know is copyrighted, and more power to them

I have read a little on ultra depth and I was wondering if we can discuss this with out getting into copy right infringement ..about the healing properties that are mentioned...

what is being suggested is that you can heal at twice the normal rate... that would be great for a couple of hours.. and your occasional power nap..
anyone with experience that can compare this to say a simple hypnotic suggestion..

I have read EMG' 4 hour sleep and that is something along those lines..
but to be honest that didn't really work for me..

I am looking for complete rest , relieving pain, repairing damage.and all around rest..
