shared dreaming?

I recently saw tangys new files on shared dreaming it sounded interesting so i looked into shared dreaming. But as a hypnosis file would it actually work with just one listener? not only that but wouldn't you need the ability of lucid dreaming first?

I don't have the answers to these questions, but they prompted me to do a web search. One site which looks promising is:

I'm too tired to do any real research, but, as I said, it looks like it might address them.
