File idea : Erection ON/OFF Switch

I would like a file that would enable me, by way of self-administered triggers, to switch OFF and ON, at will, my ability to have erections. Masturbation allowed and possible in both states, except that in the 'OFF' state, masturbation should result in a dry (no ejaculate) whole body orgasm.

Although the file has a 'soft switch' the emphasis is on staying erect, and I'm basically looking for the opposite. Thanks anyway.
