i think thats a lot to take on for one file. having a mash up of all those files would probably work well as a reinforcer if you are already experienced with the files but i think breaking a file up into small pieces works better for a general file for a coulpe reasons.

i think its easier for the mind to digest if its a smaller file. i think visualizations are more vivid if you are not trying to imagine many things happening at once that you have not previously envisioned in detail before. the more suggestions in a file the more likely that your mind will reject one making the other suggestions less effective.
