A file that makes a person think of himself/herself in the third person. If he/she is referring to a group, he/she will use the third person plural to refer to both any group that includes him/her (he/she will use the term "they and he/she") and any group that does not include him/her (he/she will use the term "they").

This idea is similar to a script that has been posted. However, that script includes the idea that the person also uses humiliating terms to refer to himself/herself and enjoys doing so. This would leave out the use of humiliating terms and the enjoying the usage of such terms.
