Urges to lose weight

If this isn't available, I wonder if someone would make this.

Basic idea, this file would make you feel compelled to do things that lead to losing extra weight and becoming healthy. It would make you feel like you had to exercise every day as well as eating right, though it wouldn't make you feel like you had to use all your time every day to do these things. It would make you want sugar less, and also, not sleeping properly every night has been linked to weight problems, so this file would make you want to go to bed at a proper time each night (before midnight) and get at least 8 hours of peaceful, relaxed, uninterrupted sleep. It would also make you a heavier sleeper so you wouldn't wake up for just anything. Note that this shouldn't be used by anyone who works third shift jobs or if they take care of babies on a regular basis.

That's a tall order but I imagine its possible. I would suggest the goal to be a sexy healthy body rather than just lose weight as I imagine positive images and goals are more revealing to what a good life style can be. Also, sugar has been known to be more addictive than cocaine! Even people who gets limbs chopped off because of sugar have been known to get a candy bar after the operation. So, this could be a life saver.

This is a terrific idea for not just 1 script, rather, a program based series.

Instead of attempting to pack all of this into a single file, I would separate it into sections, this way:

Yes, I imagine you are correct.

The Subconscious mind wants to make changes it can see. And it would develop much more quickly, to imagine your workout is shaping your body into the visage you want it to be.

A program that focuses on the thinning process, reminds your Subconscious how insecure you feel about your present body image, and becomes a contradictory visual to your goals.

Precisely! --- And even worse, salt is said to be even more so addictive than sugar.

The problem is the things you do not even realize sugar is in. [do you know that sugar is even put into some grocery store meats?]

Try to find a bread in your grocery store that doesn't have one of these ingredients: Sugar - Brown Sugar - Corn Syrup - High Fructose Corn Syrup - Vegetable Oil - Soybean Oil - Canola Oil {when heated to a temperature above 125 degrees F oils become 100% trans fat making every bite you take go directly to your midsection (even in the less than 2% ingredients) } - Soy Lecithin {has been shown to have neurotoxin properties and over time it can build problems as it accumulates within the body} - Salt

And salt is added to everything, especially in restaurants, then, people just put more on, when their food arrives at their table.

The problem with Sugar & Salt is the refined processed stuff. here are biosalts that have tremendously healthy qualities. And Natural sugars in Fruits are digested more slowly in the body, and passes through the liver in a positive way.

...

Anyhow, before this gets too long; This sort of Sub-Script, or Hypno-Training series would be an excellent idea.
