If you are thinking of making a file (or have any existing ones) I have a few techniques I can use to make it even more effective (binaurals, subliminals, etc)

I'd be more than happy to do this if you're interested (would prefer files from males ideally but also happy to help the ladies!)

I could certainly use some help.

I've been spending a lot of time lately walking the footpaths around Lancaster, for my health, but this leaves me less and less time to do other things.

I can record a file on my phone while walking; the mic seems better than my laptop's, or the first 3 stand-alone mics I tried. But I can't do the cleanup (removing background noise, and tidying up the few moments when I had to pause because someone else walked past).

Could you help with that?

How do you make biannual and subliminal files?
What program do you use?
