The first thing I would say is that if she's gay, she might work on being comfortable with herself first. If she's turning to hypnosis to change things for emotional reasons, it will just complicate things, and the problems will remain.
On the other hand, if she just wishes she was straight, so she could enjoy guys, as you say, than a good route may be hypnosis to turn bisexual. That way, she can enjoy both worlds.

Other than that, I can't find any gay-to-straight files off hand that don't have other connotations, but then again it's not something I'd look for, Just did a quick search with various keywords.
One option is to use something like Audacity and edit a file so that unwanted dialogue is removed. Takes a little practice but it's easy to pick up. You just have to make sure you don't edit it so much that the file can no longer be understood.
