Dumb only while Masturbating, or on Command?

Lately I've found myself really drawn to the 'dumbing down' files, like for example Vive's, and generally find the idea of being made unintelligent extremely sexy. The only problem is to do so permanently or even for a long period would be really destructive to my life, and would frankly make me existentially unhappy. Instead, I'm more drawn to an effect whereby you become extremely unintelligent(the dumber the better, like, 'not able to read anymore' levels is fine), but only while for example masturbating, or for a certain specified period on command(by oneself or others.
Now, I realize a lot of this isn't likely in a file, but I want to ask what the closest existing file would be to these specifications, and if none exist, I'll know to hold out for self hypnosis or as an effect with Enchanted Keyboard(which I haven't quite got working yet. I seem to be too skeptical of it's effectiveness on some level that I haven't quite shaken).
