Be talktative

I'm transgender, but there is one thing that I would like to improve especially because to me it is a feature which is very usual for women, and not for me : to be talktative.
I would like to naturally speak of all and everything, without restrain me, it should be a NEED to talk alwys and everywhere.
Can someone create a file for this?
