Wolf girl curse?

hi there i was wondering if oome one would make me an incredibly powerful and permanent wolf girl curse file? I've tried the other furry transformation ones and and they wor well but i would love for it to be completely permanent please I know it's a weird request but i was hoping some one could help me out. I would like to be anthro and not full feral if at all possible
