Question, would it be possible to use hypnosis to slightly, or eventually not so slightly, change a facial appearance?

There are files that change things about the body. Most of these are fat redistribution files, but there are some to make a person taller, too.
Would it be possible to do something like make flat cheekbones stand somewhat, gradually change their nose, or shorten/lengthen/thicken/thin a persons lips?

If so, what would be referenced in the file for these changed??

Well the mind is powerful thing and while most changes here are behavioral physical is possible, but is more likely a perception of the user mind than an actual physical change, aka the world is what you make of it.

Do you remember making funny faces as a kid and hearing your mom or another parent warn you that your face might freeze that way. I would imagine that you could use hypnosis to squint, smile, or make other faces. Over time, the muscles involved could grow stronger or the skin stretch giving your face a different appearance. Orthodontists use rubber bands to move the jaw forward or backwards, this could probably be done over time via hypnosis.
