Most effective free files?

Just want to know a few files people found really effective?

What I like most is that the file only affects sissies. If you're a real man, you could listen to it for months and there would be no effect.
But from what I hear, if you're a sissy - wham. I listened a couple of times, but no effect.
Now where did I put those spare panties...
