The idea of the file is cause the listener to fall asleep.
This would be the equivalent to a powerful sleeping pill, the file should probably be made for looping.

Other things could be done with or added to it such as making the sleep more restful, direct your mind to resolve life issues while you sleep, give the person peaceful or pleasant dreams. But the main idea is cause the listener to get restful sleep.

Some safety catches could be that they are told to wake up once rested or a set alarm goes off or some other emergency i.e. house on fire.

They've got some of those at Hypno-Files. You don't see them here because one site is for self-helpy files, the other for naughty ones.

slift: Try my Sleep file on youtube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JEizvvd3kwA). It will put you to sleep and installs a trigger you can use afterwards so you don't have to listen to the file anymore once the trigger works.

BabyNiki: Great idea. I don't think there's need to loop it. A proper file would put you asleep while listening and install the suggestibility. Hm.... I like the idea.
