After the hypnosis is over, the subject becomes attracted to the first woman they see a picture of, and only that woman for a certain amount of time. The subject will masturbate to only her and will only be turned on by her. Every time the subject sees her they will be unable to stop staring and getting an erection. The subject will make extremely embarrassing public displays of affection for the woman. Every time the subject becomes attracted to anyone else, they will feel a sharp pain in their dick and their brain, thus training them to only be attracted that woman they saw in the photo.

I agree that this is an excellent idea - general enough to be multipurpose, specific enough to be effective. The female equivalent would also be excellent for the same reasons.
