I tasted ViVe's dumbing down files but his voice gives me the willies (sorry )

Harmed's [i]Dumb fuck[/i] instantly got me hooked. Yes, I am a dumb fuck for starting on this path.

Is this the cure against FOMO and too many interests and curiosity into too many things?

I might try to post my progress but I'm afraid that will become very difficult very quickly

There's a phrase in one of the files, something about [i]damaged mind[/i] or something, I don't remember. But my rain of thought is being affected. Or is it forgetful? Or whatever.

Anyway, so many moments of [i]what was I going to do?[/i]. For example, picking up my phone to open an app. But which app? And why? Got to think real hard and hope it comes back to me. And so what if it doesn't?

I listen to Vive's files too. Maybe it's them that are doing it
They're not too bad after all. The whole stroking/arousal thing is not for me. But that doesn't matter, doesn't it? As long as you're happy being dumb.

I experienced vive files somes time ago with some effects. So I decided to test Dumb fuck too.
The voice is very nice, the hypnosis file is very well done... Nevertheless it seems not working on me at all.. But maybe I missed something?

Started this 3 days ago and rather liking it. Doing the Trancer first as he suggests and have done it twice today and both times felt like I've gone really quite deep. Bit too soon for it to have much of an effect yet but am able to picture/think of myself as being stupid and yeah, liking how that feels.

Found myself wanting to put this on when got up this morning and again this evening, so that's def a good sign. Also been listening to another of Prof Harms files, 'In Harms Way' though not sure how long will continue with that one yet. But this I want to give at least a couple of weeks to see how it effects me.

It sounds like you’re really diving into these hypnosis files and finding what works for you. Not every voice or style will click, so it’s totally normal to prefer one creator over another.

As for whether this is a cure for FOMO and having too many interests—maybe! If it helps you focus and let go of distractions, it could be just what you need.

A week into listening to this daily and think it might be starting to have an effect. There's been 2 instances today of getting up to do something only to forget what. And it feels like I'm making more typos & spelling mistakes.. which is not an uncommon thing for me and might just be noticing them more. But a, I'm finding myself more amused rather than being irratated by them, and b, am feeling less inclined to correct them.

Not feeling like I immediately need to correct a mistake is a definate change in my thinking, and a welcome one. That I'm mildly pleased at the mistake and that actually, what does it matter anyway? Is new and differant for me. As is the sense of wanting people to notice and liking the thought of someone thinking I'm a bit stupid.

I'm now laughing at myself, as while writing this, have a cuple of times looked at a word and am not sure if a word is spelt correctly or not! Have I already permenatley lost some of my intellegence? lol

Dude. I've listened like five or six times over the last few months and I find myself thinking and wondering a lot fo the same stuff. It's kind of exciting thinking about if it had an effect. Noticing typing out thoughts being a little harder than before. Having to correct stuff more just to make sense. I'm pretty sure the file works.

I'm tempted to try another dumb fuck file to see what's different.

Hey bro, is good to hear what I'm feeling is not untypical.. and that it's not my imagination. And yeah, am also excited that things are starting to happen listening to this. It feels as tho I'm going pretty deep into it (doing the Trancer wiv this) so is prob more a matter of how long it takes to begin effecting me (not very long it seems) .. and in exactly what ways/to what extent of a dumb fuck I become.

Not had any more "what was I about to do moments" today.. but typing coherant sentances is def taking more effort! And wondering if the additinal effort might be counter-productive to the aims of the file? Should I bother? Or should I just try to ignore & run with the mistakes? Kinda liking the idea of being less perfectionist like.

I have already looked at Prof Harms other dumbing files, but gonna wait and do at least another week of daily listening to this first.

I went ahead and brought the file so I been pairing it when I listen to lot of bambi files and videos. I been around bimbofication for awhile and this seem up my ally. I let you know if I noticed anything different. So far, my head been little dizzy but that could just be from being high XD.

Approx 2 weeks in now and def feels like me brain is slowing down and am having to put more effert into stuff. Trying to explain myself or something is getting real harder.. get one or two sentances in and then lose where I was going with it. And knowing what I know feels a lot more uncertain - is 'knowing' spelt right for instance! The more I look at it the more it looks wrong.

The sorta stuff I do on autopilot I'm doing fine.. It's the things I've gotta think about that feel harder.. and wile I'm finding some mistakes funny and kinda validating, there's other stuff I'm just finding meself not wanting to be bothered with. Much easier (and validating) to just give in to being a dumb fuck and enjoy the 'nah, cant do that' moment. Which feels damn good.

So I went for an on person session and the tist really focused on being a dumb himbo. I left in a massive fog. It's been almost a week and I feel like I'm only just coming around but also like there more fog than there was before the session. Wild. I'm seeing him again next week. I have noticde i'm getting more forgetful, reading and writing has become hrader and i am just so horny all the time. 'Using all my free time to listen to several harm files. seems they just compund. every time i hear water running i feel my brain draininmg and it stays like taht for some time. feels soo good
