Quick Pregnancy

Im pretty new to the site and ive been working with the training files and im realy intrested in the quick pregnancy. If any one has had intrestiong results with it, I'd like to know.

I think I am getting results with this file. After EMG finishes I find my nice comfertable place to go back into trance and when I close my eyes my eyelids will start to flicker and my eyes will squint really tight (Involuntarily) and I will see a few swirling colours then my eyes open. Also I notice that when my eyes squint my heart rate shoots up quickly, is that normal?
